karen voloshin Prior to founding DesignArounds, Karen was an account executive and managing consultant for Zenger Miller, now AchieveGlobal. She worked with Fortune 500 companies to design and implement enterprise wide learning initiatives while managing a staff of trainers and consultants. Previously, she held human resource and training leadership positions at Citicorp, Reader’s Digest, and Cigna. Karen has served as an adjunct instructor at Rensselaer Learning Institute in Hartford, Connecticut as well as an instructor at the Greater New Haven Leadership Center. She has received her coach training from CTI, endorsed by the International Coaches Federation and is a certified synchronous facilitator.

julie winkle giulioni Julie is a published author and respected speaker on a variety of performance improvement, leadership and customer service topics. She is well versed in the training needs of multiple industries and learner audiences having served as a product development director for AchieveGlobal, one of the largest learning and development organizations in the world. Julie has also held training management positions in financial services and retail organizations, taught marketing at the secondary and post-secondary levels, and served as a department chair at Woodbury University in Southern California.
