Developed a workshop, extended learning process, and range of electronic and non-electronic job aids to enhance the interviewing and selection effectiveness of hiring managers in all divisions across the United States. Conducted train-the-trainer workshops to prepare internal recruiters to facilitate the training and better perform in their new consulting role.

As the client’s product development partner, we created the product architecture and learning methodology for its new division’s inaugural workshop-based product.  Designed, developed and tested The Accountability Experience workshop and High Performance Accountability System, which includes pre-course online assessment, a high-impact live learning experience, and extensive post-course electronic performance support.

Developed and facilitate training courses for this organization’s highly educated audience.  Created highly interactive workshops, online assessments, action learning activities, toolkits and other deliverables associated with:

New home builder
Designed an online leadership development series including case studies, tutorials, streaming video, simulations, assessments, and application planning.  Worked extensively with internal and external subject matter experts as well as offshore programmers.		  
National retail chain
Developed several internal training courses for large-scale national implementation with all store management personnel.  Partnered with human resource and legal experts to design highly creative, engaging, and effective courseware for this GenY audience.  Modules include:

  • Sexual Harassment
  • Interviewing
  • Violence in the Workplace
  • Legal Responsibilities

Designed a one-day executive intervention session designed to build awareness of key leadership challenges and behaviors in preparation for critical retail strategic planning.
